Our turret CNC punching machines can handle up to .25 inch mild steel and is an ideal machine for cutting prototype and short run parts. Due to the precision of the machine, it can produce multiple parts from a single worksheet. Because of the speed of this machine and the existing tooling, this can be more cost effective than a laser.
We have 3 shears which allow us to cut blanks and worksheets to size. These tools can handle up to .25 inch mild steel sheets up to 10 feet wide.
We have 4 Press Brakes (3 hydraulic and 1 mechanical). Three are 5 axes CNC press brakes. The press brakes are primarily used for bending. They can bend up to .5 inches thick mild steel and up to 12 feet long. Press brakes are an effective means for prototype and short run parts.
